For my beloved, ~Aspide. x3

I wanted to draw something like this for a long while, now. I was actually inspired by the song On The Wing by Owl City to draw it. Originally I had intended on drawing dragons instead of gryphons, but Ed had came up with a good point while we were dicussing things to do with our stories and what-not. So I figured gryphons would be more acceptable... Plus, I had to give these guys some love. They're my second fave mythical creature, after all.

Anyhow. After many, many days of putting my heart into this, it's finally done! ;u;

Despite the mistakes I've made on it, like subtle ones in the lineart, messing up on the feathers in my gryphon's wings, and giving myself a really, really messed up face... I really like how this came out!

I originally intended to add stars in the sky through digital means, but thought I should just leave it as is. C:
